WordPress plugin plus cloud content intelligence

Mine your content library before you publish what already exists.

Content Miner turns a growing site library into an evidence-backed content manifest. Find overlap, stale value, missing market coverage, and new ideas that would compete with pages you already own.

Free gives WordPress libraries and public cloud scans a serious starting point without paid evidence connections. Paid plans add the cloud workspace, keyword gaps from fresh Search Console evidence, full reports with AI prompts and content suggestions, semantic analysis, Google evidence, rendered verification, outcomes, and monthly indexation monitoring for the licensed site.

A free account is required. Your report appears in the portal. Want depth on one page first? Run that URL through the SEO / GEO / AEO / AIO Checker — no login, no email.

Content Miner: know what to keep before you publish what already exists
Product overview. Content Miner findings remain advisory and require human judgment.

What does Content Miner do?

Inventory what WordPress actually contains

Read posts, pages, drafts, scheduled content, and public custom post types directly from WordPress instead of depending on a public sitemap alone, so work in progress is visible alongside what is already live.

Hand the findings to the AI you already use

Generate a portable prompt carrying your page titles, readiness scores, identified gaps, and Search Console clicks and impressions. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever the team runs and get the report explained in plain language, with a prioritized plan. Full page text is never included.

Remember the library after the first scan

Build a persistent content memory, then process only new and changed records so large libraries do not restart from zero every time.

Connect plugin reports to the cloud

Pro and Agency installs can upload completed WordPress report summaries into the portal, giving the team versioned history, comparison-ready evidence, and a path toward monitoring across sites.

Catch collisions before commissioning content

Compare an idea, title, question, or brief against existing content and recommend Create, Update, Differentiate, or Localize before work begins.

Combine content evidence with performance

Use optional read-only Search Console and GA4 connections to add clicks, impressions, sessions, engagement, and key events to editorial decisions.

Score search and answer readiness

Review SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO readiness separately, with page-level evidence and no promise of rankings, citations, or inclusion.

Keep every recommendation advisory

Content Miner never automatically deletes, redirects, rewrites, localizes, or publishes content. The operator makes the final decision.

What does each tier include?

Free
A serious starting point: WordPress inventory, free portal scans for public sites, lexical collision checks, readiness scoring, idea checks, and decision tracking.
Pro
One paid site workspace with WordPress plugin access when available, cloud portal history, up to 500 pages, semantic analysis, read-only Google evidence, rendered-page verification, 90-day outcomes, and monthly digest.
Agency and Enterprise
Agency expands the paid workflow to 10 site workspaces and 100,000 pages/month. Enterprise covers large estates, private sites, and non-WordPress ingestion planning.
Operator control
Every recommendation remains advisory. Content Miner does not delete, redirect, rewrite, localize, or publish content automatically.

Evidence workflow

Follow recommendations through to observed outcomes.

Review decisions against 90-day outcomes

Record the accepted action in a decision ledger, then return after 90 days to compare the expected result with observed evidence and document what the team learned.

Add optional semantic collision analysis

Use embeddings when configured to identify pages that may serve the same intent even when they use different wording. Lexical analysis remains available without an API key.

Verify the rendered page

Compare WordPress content with the same-origin page a visitor receives so templates, metadata, and front-end output can be checked alongside the database record.

Receive a monthly evidence digest

Summarize unresolved collisions, decisions awaiting outcome review, changed evidence, and library work that still needs an operator's attention.

Who is it for?

Content Miner is built for content leads, SEO teams, publishers, agencies, and complex service businesses whose content library has outgrown spreadsheets and institutional memory.

  • Large libraries where nobody can confidently say what already exists.
  • Teams commissioning content across SEO, brand, product, and local markets.
  • Operators who need recommendations grounded in content, search, and engagement evidence.
  • Agencies that need a repeatable first-pass audit before expert review.

What should buyers know before installing?

Content Miner is in active use on production sites. It is not an autonomous publishing system, and similarity alone does not prove search cannibalization. Traffic, conversions, backlinks, indexing, legal requirements, and business purpose still require expert review.

Does Content Miner crawl the public website?

The WordPress edition starts with the database so it can see drafts, scheduled content, and custom post types. Optional rendered-page verification requests your own published pages so front-end output can be compared with the stored record. Unpublished pages are never fetched, and the report states plainly when a page is not currently published.

Does it change or delete content?

No. Content Miner stores fingerprints, scores, job state, and evidence. Recommendations remain advisory and require a person to make any editorial or technical change.

How does it handle a site larger than 500 pages?

Pro still analyzes the first 500 eligible pages for one site workspace, but it does not treat larger libraries as fully covered. Agency and Enterprise plans are for larger libraries, multi-site portfolios, non-WordPress ingestion, or private sites where the crawl and sync plan needs to be scoped explicitly.

Are Google connections required?

No. Content Miner can work from WordPress content or a public cloud scan without Google connected. Search Console and GA4 are optional, read-only evidence sources available on Pro plans and above.

What does the paid cloud bridge add?

Paid plans connect the licensed site to the portal so report history, comparisons, and monitoring can live in one cloud workspace. WordPress installs can upload completed report summaries from the plugin; non-WordPress workflows use the portal or an Enterprise ingestion plan.

What happens when a subscription ends?

Saved reports and content remain in WordPress. An expired subscription will stop premium syncing, new premium analysis, updates, and support after a grace period; it will not erase customer data.

How should buyers evaluate Content Miner?

Does this product match the way the team actually works?

Compare the product's limits with the size and structure of the content library, the number of people making editorial decisions, and the systems already in use. Confirm that ownership, WordPress configuration, and analytics connections fit without creating a disconnected workflow.

What evidence should a buyer inspect during a pilot?

Request sample outputs for pages the team already understands, then compare the recommendations with known editorial decisions and exceptions. Inspect decision accuracy, false positives, incremental sync behavior, and what changes after a page is updated.

What should be confirmed before adopting the product?

Name the person who owns final content decisions and define how recommendations enter planning, review, and publishing. Confirm the rollback or exit path, data-retention terms, export options, and what remains available if the product is removed.

  • Test known duplicate and distinct pages, then compare the output with expected decisions.
  • Run an initial and incremental sync to confirm changed pages update without a full rescan.
  • Verify page volume, post types, and optional analytics connections fit the current stack.
  • Document who reviews recommendations, how exceptions are handled, and how results are exported at exit.

Reference standards used when structuring these pages include Schema.org, W3C WCAG, and FTC advertising guidance. For the automated page diagnostic, use the SEO / GEO / AEO / AIO checker.
